Rujak Manis Semeru Malang

"Dicicip Manis Dibuang Sayang"

One day me and Laras accidentally through Semeru street and spontaneously Laras asked me to buy "rujak manis". She told me that "Rujak Semeru" really famous in the Malang city. Rujak stall is located at Jl. Semeru 54, Malang. Located not far from Malang Gajayana Stadium.

If you want to buy "Rujak Semeru", you should invite your friends, because a portion  of "Rujak" served quite a lot. I Think, this menu can be eaten by 2 or 3 people. "Rujak" sauce is made from ground peanuts and mixed with palm sugar so it tastes sweet. That makes it more tasty is slice of tofu. In addition to enjoying the Rujak, you can also try "tahu petis". The release thirst, you can order "es degan".

"Rujak Semeru" stall is open every day from 09.00 to 16.00. You can enjoy "Rujak" just Rp13.000, "Tahu Petis" 10,000, and "es degan" Rp 4,000. Just for information,"Rujak Semeru" only located in the Semeru street, if there is another stall that claimed to be a "Rujak Semeru" do not believe it, because "Rujak Semeru" did not open branches in other places.

GBB is located at Jl. Bendungan Tangga No4 Malang (behind ITN). Because a funny slogan, makes me and Laras want to try the food. The place is pretty clean, comfortable, and quite crowded here. They provided "Lesehan" and a dining table. We chose the "Lesehan" to make more comfortable. Once seated, I was offered a menu by servants. In GBB the most menu that they provide is about chicken.

This time we tried Gilled rice, Grilled chicken, Chicken Chrispy, Grilled Tofu, and "cah kangkung". So far, if we eat chicken must always be fried first, this time we wanted to try something new :D because this time we ordered something baking. Here also provides a variety of menu packages to make the cost be cheaper than normal price.

About 15 minutes we waited for our order, it's time for us to trying the order. Grilled chicken flavoring is deeply felt, given quite a lot of flavor and sink in well, we thought the food was also good here. Then grilled rice also feels good, it feels like "nasi Uduk" that has been burned, the flavor is also pretty good. After I mixed (cocol) the chicken with sauces (sambal). It was more delicious.

Royal Steak "Good Taste Low Price"

Good steak does not need to be expensive, because we can buy a good steak and cheap at the Royal Steak. Royal steak located in front of "Ikana" at Galunggung street. There are not only selling a variety of steaks, but also sells fried rice hotplate, fried noodles hotplate, and koloke hotplate. Flavor of the steak that sold in there almost the same as that sold in WSS. Fried rice hotplate in there has a different flavor of fried rice elsewhere, because the influence of the hotplate make fried rice hotplate has a different flavor and tasty . About the service in the Royal steak very satisfying. If you eat at the Royal steak does not have to worry to buy "kerupuk", because there has been provided free "kerupuk" for buyers.

    This slogan may brings us to a spiciness feeling. Yup! "Pedas Jumbo" is a restaurant which provide kinds of spicy menu. it's locate on Galunggung street, in front of "Ikan Segar Galunggung". One of the special menu is "Nasi Goreng Jancox" which is a pan of fried rice cooked with some ons of chili and mix of meat and vegetables. This food could be eaten for 4-5 people. When I and Dimas went there last week, we ordered chicken fillet and mushroom crispy with spicy sauce. It's delicious enough, but for me, it's too sweet. In my opinion, the price is not really suitable with the portion and the taste. If you don't believe, just go there and try :D

  

'AYAM KAMPUS' VS 'AYAM COBLOS'

who are chicken and spicy food lover!

     'Ayam kampus' and 'ayam coblos' are famous in Malang nowadays. Even the name is a bit strange and crazy, but the taste is so delicious, luscious, spicy, crunchy, and so on. Made from particular recipe and fresh chicken meat, it's deliver a good taste of food.

Only with Rp. 11.000, you can enjoy "ayam kampus' or 'ayam coblos' one. This restaurant is in Kawi Street, about 5 block from Giant Kawi Supermarket. The place is wide enough and comfortable because there are outdoor space if you want to eat outdoor. Don't worry about the beverages, they provide various kind of drinks and at this time Dimas ordered ice tea and beras kencur. That will be soothe you after eat 'ayam kampus' and 'ayam coblos'.

A Very Tasty "Bacem"

    At the corner of Klojen cross road, you can find a small cart which sell a javanese food known as Bacem. Bacem is traditional food from Yogyakarta. It contains of egg, chicken, chicken claw, soybean cake or "tempe", and tofu. It tastes sweet and delicious because of its rich flavour. 

   Even the place on the side of street and small enough, many people eat there to spend their time with friends and family. Otherwise, the price is very cheap. For rice with  bacem chicken it only costs Rp. 5000, and Rp. 1500 for each  bacem soybean cake or tofu. You can choose the crispy chicken or the bacem one. 

   This is the best recommend for you who want to delicious food with minim budget :)

As Delicious As Ramen

Have you ever eaten this food? If not, we suggest you to try this one of Japanese culinary, because this will bring your mouth to a tasteful and scrumptious flavor. 

On April 2nd 2013, we have visited Mie Ramen Plat N on Bendungan Sutami 15 street. This ramen stand sells various kinds of Japanese food such as Seafood Ramen Noodle, Teriyaki Bento, and also fresh beverages. The special ramen in this stand is Teriyaki Chicken Ramen Noodles with Tuna or Salmon Roll. We have been tried this and the flavor is really delicious and tasty! 

You will also have a lot of drink choices, but we suggest you to try Sakura Yuki, this drink is mixed of yoghurt, sakura smoothies with whipped cream on top of it. It is really fascinating and epic taste. 

The stand is comfortable and neatly. On the first floor we can choose "lesehan" seat or sit on the dining chair and on the second floor provided "lesehan" seat only, Toilet, and praying area. 

No worries about the price because it costs reasonable and suitable for colleger like us :)
